Christmas 2012

Andy and I are so very blessed.  We have two beautiful babies who not only enjoy the magic of Christmas, but they also understand the true meaning of this holiday is the birth of baby Jesus.  And I attribute that to the schools that they attend.  Emma celebrated His birthday with a baby shower for Jesus.  All the kids (in grades K-8) brought in a baby gift that they presented at Mass.  Not only do they celebrate the birth of Jesus, but they are also learned how the gift of giving to others in need is most important!  And not to leave Drew out: his preschool class went to Chapel to learn about baby Jesus as well.

After looking through these Christmas pictures, I wish I had the power to just press "pause."  We are truly at the magical stage of the Spirit of Christmas, where everything is so amazing in the eyes of Emma & Drew.  From writing a letter to St. Nick himself, to sprinkling reindeer magic on the front step.......everything is so fantastic and exciting through the eyes of a 6 and 3 year old!

Sprinkling reindeer magic on the front step.......
