The Place for Girls: Passport to Hi-Tech

Our Girl Scout troop took a little outing to Conner Prairie back in March to explore careers in science, technology, engineering and math. They participated in hands-on experiments and interactive exhibits throughout the day and explored biology, chemistry, engineering, manufacturing, and computer science. There were different stations located throughout the museum’s Welcome Center, allowing the girls to engage with female experts and professionals working in STEM-related fields asking questions, helping with hands-on experiments, participating in interactive tasks and learning more about careers. It was a fun-filled and interactive day, for sure!
