As you can see, my attempts were a big fat FAIL. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to get 2 kids to look at the camera at the same time; no whining, no nose-picking, no fighting, no crying. I seriously worked up a sweat!
So, after all that. I just gave up. And went the tradition picture-with-Santa-route:
